You have to be willing AND able to work more than 40 hours a week – most weeks of the year.
When you first start, you may start with 5-10 hours a week. But keep in mind, we’re looking for people to join our team full-time. And if you join our team full-time, you will need to put in more than 40 hours a week. It takes more than just a 40 hour week to change the world.
If you want a comfortable 40-hour week, then this is not for you…
You must be coachable.
If you are not, you will not last on my team…
- You must be someone who proactively looks for solutions to problems - even when you’re not assigned to fix certain problems.
- Commit 5-10 hours a week. While starting with 5-10 hours, we seek full-time team members ready to go the extra mile for a significant impact.
- Non-negotiable: Coachability. Actively seeking solutions, even beyond assigned tasks.
- Work effectively under tight deadlines, with attention to detail and skill development.
- Passion for continuous learning, skill acquisition, and mastery.
- Driven by performance, motivated by making a difference, and a team player—not a lone wolf.
- Ensure access to a reliable computer and internet.
- Prioritize a long-term commitment over short-term gigs, with strong time and self-management skills for remote work.

Admin And Personnel Department
Job Description:
- Provides high-level administrative support by managing the executive’s schedule, organizing meetings, and overseeing office operations while handling sensitive information with discretion.
- Serving as the key point of contact facilitating effective communication by drafting documents, representing the executive, and ensuring a positive image in interactions with stakeholders.
- Managing special projects, conducting research, and prepares presentations to support decision-making and strategic planning efforts within the organization.
Job Description:
- Identifying staffing needs, job posting, conducting interviews, making hiring decisions and candidate sourcing.
- Identifying training needs, implementing development programs, facilitating performance reviews, feedback processes, and supporting career growth and employee skill enhancement.
- Managing compensation and benefits programs, administering payroll and salary reviews, and overseeing benefits offerings, including healthcare and retirement plans.
Forex Education Department
Job Description:
- Educate and train individuals in forex trading, covering market fundamentals, analysis, risk management, and strategies while staying updated on the latest industry trends.
- Assign and evaluate trading assignments, providing constructive feedback and conducting follow-up sessions to monitor and enhance students’ trading progress.
- Continuously monitor market conditions, issue timely trading signals, and emphasize disciplined execution and risk management to optimize trading outcomes for students.
Social Media And Marketing Department
Job Description:
- Maintain an editorial calendar to schedule posts, ensuring a consistent and coherent posting schedule across all social media platforms.
- Actively engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions, fostering meaningful conversations, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Build and nurture an online community around our brand, and create weekly reports to evaluate the success of social media initiatives.
Job Description:
- Primarily responsible for creating a wide range of written content, such as blog posts, articles, website copy, social media posts, product descriptions, and more.
Optimizing content for specific keywords, creating meta descriptions, and structuring content to enhance its search engine ranking.
- Engaging and retaining the attention of the target audience, by staying updated on industry trends so as to tune the brand message in a way that drive sales.
Branding Department
Job Description:
- Primarily responsible for creating marketing collateral such as brochures, posters, banners, website designs, and flyers, which communicates the brand’s message.
- You need to understand our students’ needs and goals and conceptualise how to visually represent these effectively.
- Staying updated with the latest design trends and software updates.
Job Description:
- Collaborate with the design team to create user-friendly, responsive, and visually appealing web pages, emails, and interfaces.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues, maintaining and updating applications as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices, so as to provide strategies to optimise the company’s web presence.
