No Refund Policy

Elevator Academy VVIP membership benefits are available upon successful payment providing immediate access to our world-class Forex Education Framework, Virtual Library, Recommended Practices, membership directory, and discounts on products, events, and certification examinations, etc. Therefore, paid membership is presumed used and not eligible for return or refund.

CERTIFICATION:
Elevator Academy certification and recertification fees include a professional review of all submitted application and eligibility verification documentation for which payment must be given. Elevator Academy will always provide an opportunity for candidates to correct or update submissions if the original information is not sufficient or acceptable. It is the candidate’s responsibility to comply in the instructed manner and deadline given.

For these reasons, Elevator Academy International enforces a strict no-refund policy.
