You have to be willing AND able to work more than 40 hours a week – most weeks of the year.

When you first start, you may start with 5-10 hours a week. But keep in mind, we’re looking for people to join our team full-time. And if you join our team full-time, you will need to put in more than 40 hours a week. It takes more than just a 40 hour week to change the world.

  • Maintain an editorial calendar to schedule posts, ensuring a consistent and coherent posting schedule across all social media platforms.
  • Actively engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions, fostering meaningful conversations, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Build and nurture an online community around our brand, and create weekly reports to evaluate the success of social media initiatives.
Content Writer

Job Description:

  • Primarily responsible for creating a wide range of written content, such as blog posts, articles, website copy, social media posts, product descriptions, and more.
  • Optimizing content for specific keywords, creating meta descriptions, and structuring content to enhance its search engine ranking.

  • Engaging and retaining the attention of the target audience, by staying updated on industry trends so as to tune the brand message in a way that drive sales.

Branding Department

Graphics Designer

Job Description:

  • Primarily responsible for creating marketing collateral such as brochures, posters, banners, website designs, and flyers, which communicates the brand’s message.
  • You need to understand our students’ needs and goals and conceptualise how to visually represent these effectively.
  • Staying updated with the latest design trends and software updates.
Web Developer

Job Description:

  • Collaborate with the design team to create user-friendly, responsive, and visually appealing web pages, emails, and interfaces.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues, maintaining and updating applications as needed.

  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices, so as to provide strategies to optimise the company’s web presence.
